In Freeport, it is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct what is commonly called a "garage" or "yard" sale within the Residence "AA" and Residence "A" zoning districts without first obtaining a permit. In a twelve-month period, no more than three (3) permits will be issued for the same location.
